Three sizes, one mixing principle. A recipe developed on a laboratory unit runs on the production line without scale-up surprises.
I Laboratory

02, The Eirich mixing principle
An inclined pan.
An eccentric tool.
The pan rotates one way. The tool rotates the other, off-centre, at any speed the recipe asks for. Energy input is decoupled from throughput. The same geometry scales linearly from a one-litre pan in a laboratory to a twelve-thousand-litre production machine in a battery factory.
One machine mixes, granulates, coats, disperses, kneads and dries. The difference is the recipe, not the hardware.
